Buffalo Roam on the Sticky Plains

Because that's what they'd look like from helicopters!

Ok, I know, that was a stretch... but 'Ants on a Log' gets a cool name that involves animals in their natural habitat.

We got wrapped up watching a marathon of "Lockdown: Raw" which was fascinating as all get-out.  It had an interesting perspective involving the camera crew's perspective as well as the inmates and correctional officers.  Dinner plans got put on hold.  I didn't really feel like cooking the epic meal I was thinking about because of all the popcorn from the [three]-dollar cinema.  Saw "Super 8" and it was AWESOME.  One of the best movies I have seen in a long time.  Total dork out for me.  I loved it.  Make sure you stay to watch the credits, it's the best part!

So, we came back a little peckish and I thought peanut butter sandwiches would be easy.  But if you don't know me by now, you will never ever ever know me.  I don't always take the simplest way out.  I thought, let's totally make them quasi-junk food.  So behold the main characters:

CONTENTS (pictured above)
Agave Nectar
Bread
Peanut Butter
Dark Chocolate Chips

That was almost an alphabetical list!  Oh! Here you go:
Agave
Bread
Chunky Peanut Butter
Dark Chocolate Chips.

HA.
And I didn't even line them up on purpose, my dorky subconscious strikes again.

FASCIST DIRECTIONS:

1. Toast bread
2. Spread chunky PB on one half
3. Add some chocolate chips
4. Drizzle with agave
5. Smoosh down with other half and enjoy!

Totally delicious and simple and not toooooooo bad for you ;)

Yum!

  1. I said perspective twice in one sentence, that's what I get for not bringing in my editor, sorry about that!
